The Administration of the Office of Public Safety is comprised of the Logistics and Support Staff. As a fundamental part of the Division, Administration is responsible for accomplishing organizational objectives including developing policies and procedures, budget management, responding to non-employee service complaints, integrating technology resources with security, coordination of special events, legal research and development, maintaining the City’s flag repository and issuance during dignitary visits to Los Angeles, acquiring supplies and equipment, and numerous supporting functions.

Logistics oversees the procurement, issuance, and maintenance of all police and security equipment. Assisted by Security Aide Rashidbaig Baig, a multitude of property is inventoried and made available to Division personnel, preparing officers for necessary field duties.
