Mail Services Division (MSD) is the contract administrator for the City's Overnight Delivery Service. Departments who use a contract-assigned account number receive a discount and the shipment fee is paid through their Department's Postage Budget Account. To establish a new account, submit the following information.
· Department name
· Division or Section/Unit name (spell out all abbreviations)
· Complete Street Delivery Address
· Mail Stop number
· General Office Telephone number
· General Fax number
· Primary contact Name, Email address & Direct Telephone number
Any shipments prepared with handwritten Next Day Service Forms must be accompanied with a written approval from the Department's Divisional Manager or designee

To ensure same day pick-up, Outbound Shipments Must be delivered to Mail Services Division City Hall Main office Monday - Friday By 3:30 p.m.
